Can someone help me id this hitchiker?

I got a lot of these weird looking things in my rock that I just ordered and got today. Kind of scares me because I have no idea what they are. They don't look like bristleworms to me, but maybe if they're dead? I don't know. I found some alive and tried to get them out, but they wouldn't come out. I also found a lot of little black bugs running around on the rock and also some ear wig black looking things. What are these things? Are they bad? help!

how were you able to catch that? i had alot of those in my tank.they hide inside the tiny holes in the rocks.i just let my rocks dry out and then recured it with a power head pointing straight at the rock to take out the dead stuff

what are they? well if you go to www.drmacscorals.com ( i believe that is the website) they tell you how to cure live rock. They state to set the SG to 1.035 for about 3 mins and any mantis shrimp or unwanted creatures will come out of their holes then you can get the rock, or try to get them off it. What are they?
