Can someone please help ID this algae?

I saw this in a fellow reefers tank and would love to find some to put in my 120. However, he had no idea what it was or where to get it. It came in on a frag of his and has grown in his sump. It looks identical to flame algae in structure, but it is the brightest neon orange I have ever seen.

Is that the color of it growing in his sump? Usually when macros are that bright orange it means they were exposed to bad conditions (usually heat but other things too) and will die soon after.
