Can someone please I.D this crab

Ive got some anthias in my tank and something is attacking them at night or their attacking each other(process of elimination).

I know i have 1-2 pistol shrimp but i also found this guy who has grown up since i first spotted him about a year ago. Just wondering if hes harmless and what it is?
