Can someone recommend a good tank maintenance guy??

Have a friend who's got a really large tank and he's a complete newbie to reefing... Currently, he's paying a worker from one of the fish stores to maintain his tank. He's got a major problem with diatoms and nuisance algae growth. I told him it needs to be tested for phosphates and nitrates. He said the worker only tests for salt and doesn't know how to fix the problem. Doesn't sound like the guy knows what he's doing. Anyone know of a good tank maintenance guy that's good with water chemistry?

Diatoms and algea growth are a part of establishing a new tank

The tank has been running for months already. He needs someone to maintain the tank for him long term. As in keep the water chemistry good so that the tank stays clean and he can keep corals. He’s got the money to pay someone to maintain it but he doesn’t have the experience or time to keep the tank running smoothly

Not sure if she does still but Kim aka Miracles38 on Rc did maintenance with her company Fish R Friends. Not sure if she still does.
