Can they mate??

I have a female perc and a male occelaris. Can they mate? They are a pair I'd say sleep together and pretty much stay together.

if you check the thread i made yesterday with the title question about breeding clowns. there is some interesting info someone put in there. i would say if they seem to be a mated pair let them go and see what happends. would be cool if they did. i was also wondering if there was a way to collect the sperm and eggs to see if it is possible to put them together and have them hatch.

Physically they can not sure if they will. Many people have tried, you could be a proud guardian of some interesting fish!

Have you tried putting in some surfaces that they can spawn on? The clay pot \ ceramic tiles?

Nice cross be nice to see them after meta about 3 months old. Keep use posted and start you own thread on the hatch.
