Can this be ICH

I've had my fish in QT for 11 weeks because of an ICH outbreak in my newly cycled tank. I was going to transfer them on Monday to the DT and I woke up and found white spots on the glass of my quarantine tank. They were treated with copper in the beginning and then last week treated them with PraziPro because I thought one of them had fluke. Below is a picture of the white spots and there are about 20 of them on the glass.

Any help would be appreciated

White Spots, I believe, are only caused once the parasite has burrowed itself into the skin of the fish sucking its blood.

Glass is not a fish :D

True ,but the parasite itself does take up residence in LR ,substrate ,coral and even inverts ..

The spot you see is mainly scar tissue and other stuff, left from the ich parasite digging in. You cannot see ich with the naked eye and ich whites spots are never seen anywhere except on the fish.
