Can this tank be used?

I had a friend drop off a used 125 gallon glass aquarium last weekend but now Im not sure it can be used for saltwater. The bottom on the tank does not have the plasticl black rim around it. It looks strong and is sealed with silicon but it does not have the black rim that is all my other tanks. Is this going to be a problem? If so can I put a rim on the bottom?

Also the aquarium was used for a lizard. Can it be cleaned and used for saltwater?

I'd say contact perfecto or all glass, whoever the maker of the tank is and ask them. They might be able to send you the rim too.

Do you know if having a reptile in the tank will make it unusable? Can I clean the tank and still use for saltwater?

Yes, you can just clean it with some bleach and water. Just make sure you rinse it a bunch.
