Yep....what she said.

You can do it with the rail system, but you usually have to buy an extra set of rails to put together a rig that will hold it up and around the acrylic lip.

Tunze also makes a version of their bracket that can hang on Euro-bracing, but as Evolley1 mentioned, the magnets are really the way to go. (I used two magnets to support a Wavebox in my acrylic tank, and use one to support a Stream in my AGA tank.)

I second the magnets, they work great. You can angle them about 45 degrees to the left or right. Just make sure you don't put the magnets together outside of the tank!

LOL....sorry bout that.... :)

Oh and don't forget the other option too...The Stream Deco rock...I have one of those too and it's great for hiding a stream down mid-level in the tank. So I have one Stream mounted with magnets, one in a rock and my Wavebox is mounted with magnets too.

WOW you all rock! thanks for the quick replys! i posted this then went out to my garage to start staining my new taller canopy, you are quick! so do they come with the mounting magnets? or is that sep? and is Tunze's website the only place to buy them online?

thanks again for your help! i cant wait to get a few of them and get them going :D

I got mine from Premium (RC Sponser). The magnets are separate items, but work wonderfully - I wouldn't waste the time trying to manipulate the hangers.
