can u feed rbta "whole" silversides?

My LFS told me my bta was large enough that I could just feed the entire silverside to the anem. It is about the size of a softball. Is this true or should I cut it up? Sometimes it appears to eat the whole thing, other times it spits the remains up a day or so later.

I can feed one of my RBTAs a whole large silver side.... However I feed him little chunks every few hours throughout the day.

It's best to feed small pieces, nothing larger than a 1/4" piece. Even feeding small pieces throughout the day will have negative effects, as anemones digest things slowly it's basically the same as feeding them large pieces.

an anemone at my work ate a 3 inch lobster once.
its possible.
