I've done that trick few times before but ended breaking few tanks and surely got kicked out at my LFS !

At first I thought trick tank,but it's not.
I don't think his hand ever went in.
Sure it looks like it does, but tanks tend to reflect images inside.
Notice the camera pans to the side of the tank as "his hand reaches in", so you never see "him putting his arm in".
