Can you ever have too much light for chaeto?

I've been thinking about getting two BuildMyLED strips for my refugium -- the green algae spectrum (a mix of 660, 625, 450 nm and 6500K white LEDs). They claim about 700 PAR on the surface per light.

If I got two of them, is it possible to have too much light for growing chaeto?

Having seen outdoor fuges (not around where I live), my guess is that the sky is the limit, but before I plop down some $$$, I wanted to get some thoughts.
