The short answer is yes. The long answer is if you have several hours to dedicate to re-polishing the glass. There was a DIY thread on this exact thing about 9 months to a year ago, so I'd never be able to find it, but I seem to remember the guy spending over 10 hours on it (although his tank was much longer.) Matt (the2ofus) has suggested that perhaps a glass shop could do it in a much shorter time, but I'm not sure if the chemicals used would be safe for a marine application, or how expensive that might be. For the trouble you'd go to, probably best to use that tank as a sump for a somewhat larger, and in better shape 125 or something.
