Can you get uniseals locally?

I might plumb my rubbermaid 38 gallon garbage cans and was wondering where to get uniseals?
I plan on plumbing into my return pipe and using it to drain tank water. I will then close/open the valve(s) and turn on a pump to refill with new salt water.
I've got the attitude that if it isn't easy it probably won't get done (water changes).

Edit: Aquarium doesn't have the brand-name "Uniseal", though...
