Can you ID this please?

Can you please tell me what type of Macro Algea this is and wether or not I should take it out of my display? It hitchhiked in on some liverock. It seems to grow very fast. Also my Tangs (Kole and Orange Shoulder) will not touch it.

Brown algae, pretty sure. Don't think Dictyota. A bit like Sargassum , but I don't see the characteristic buckshot-sized balls. Is the true color green or brown? Could you take a shot with your camera flash on and a quarter in the shot for scale?
