Can you keep two 12" Rabbitfish in the same tank?

I am moving soon and would like to find my 10" Orange Spot a new home.
There is a local 1300 gallon tank but he already has a 12" Orange Spot"¦

Can these two fish get along in the same tank?
I have had mine since he was a baby and I don't want to see him get hurt.

Also..how can I tell what sex these two fish are..That might make the move compatible

I cannot predict with certainty in a 1300 gallon tank, but in smaller tanks, it will not work.
