Can you please help me ID?

There are 2 copepods/amphipods. Can you help me ID the other 2? Are they flat worms? They move like worms, and they stick to the surface of my refugium.

Yup flatworms and harmless.

Flatworms and Munnid Isopods. Both of which are generally harmless, but flatworms are not something I want in my tank.
