I bought him he was caught in Bali and is living in a 40 gallon breeder with sand and live rock on a 660 gallon system. Is there anything else I need to do for him I feed mysis and krill so far he eats well.

You might check this thread about providing a proper burrow:

Yours looks more like an L. glabriuscula, but I expect habitat requirements are bound to be similar.
