Can you tell me whats in my tank?

I have never seen these in my tank before but i just notice about 4-5 of them reaching out of the sand as if they were blind and feeling for something. They are long thin tenticles that are yellowish with green dots/balls evenly spaced every so often. Not the best description but maybe the photo will help.

There are terribillids{has the tenticles just from the head}
and cirratulids{has the tenticles even on the body}
only way to know which one this is is to see it out of the sand. Spaghetti worm is a common name.

Terribilids are not as common as cirratulids in home aquaria, and judging from the golden color of this one, I say cirratulid.

AKA detritus worms
As waterfaller stated good for the bio system and will not generallly harm anything. They can also be fun to watch as they reach out and pull trash in.
Don't worry about them.
