Yeah. It looks like it isn't a health issue. The mushroom is inflated well and isn't purging its "guts." By the way, that fifth picture is a ricordea florida.

thanks for the I.D. as well. I have like five of them now, that Ricordea spreads faster than anything else in the tank.
