Can you use ozone with DOC skimmers?

I was wondering if there is a way to connect an ozonizer to a DOC skimmer. If it would degrade the skimmer over time then I will just DIY a reaction chamber separate from the skimmer.

Yes, you can, the plastic is Ozone safe but be aware that all plastic does become more brittle over time with a lot of ozone exposure. What we recommend is a very small dose used only as a clarifying agent as a lot of ozone will impair skimmer function. I would use about 5-10 mg/hr per 100 gals.
