Canadian shippers?

I like the CUC packages reefcleaners offers, but they don't ship to Canada. Buying individual from my LFS is approx 4x the price. I don't mind paying a little more, but 4x is crazy.

Anyone know of an online retailer that will ship to Canada?

Try j&l aquatics in Burnaby. I have ordered from them a few times without any problems. The have CUC packages, under the invert section.

Unfortunately living in Canada we are basically SOL for online vendors compared to how spoiled the states are. The only vendor really is J&L and even then you'll spend a ton on shipping them, to the point it may end up being close to same cost.

Living in Kitchener I would say I'm somewhat fortunate for stores in my area but the majority do offer discounts on bulk numbers. Average cost for me here is $2-3 a hermit and $2-$4 for snails depending on species. $2 for Astrea or Trochus and $4 for large Mexican Turbos. Have you tried asking about bulk deals? Don't forget your comparing to US pricing where everything is cheaper no matter what it is, basically comparing apples to oranges. I assume there isn't even any crappy chains like Big Als in your area either?

Hey Kitchener Resident Here Myself. :bounce3::bounce3:

One Option you can do is use Bluewater shipping Depot. Cost is about $5.00
You use BlueWater's address as the ship to address, Than pickup your parcel from there warehouse. (Right across the boarder in Port Huron)

None of the cleanup Crew is on the Border Blacklist. Helps to print out all the scientific names of each critter your bringing across. in case the Border patrol have questions, I know MANY people that have done this.

We can ship to Canada...

... but it would be via Air Freight and you'd have to pay around a $200 permit fee.

You guys are in Kitchener?? Seriously? I am only about 45 min down the 401. Where are you shopping? I've been to incredible aquarium in London. That's where I brought the big nasty worm from... FYI. I liked sealife in London. Super friendly and clean. Prices high.

Went your way. Stopped at living aquarium in Cambridge. He was "ok" but I found his pricing all over the place. Some stock was cheap, other was super high. And his coral tanks had massive aiptasia.

What else is there??
