Canary blenny sleeping really cool

So I looked at my tank with the lights out and my canary blenny was white,green, and yellow just laying on the bottom looking dead. But I know he's fine I guess that's the way they sleep but its really neat to watch him wake up and turn yellow so quick.

Yes, it is pretty amazing how some fish can change colour. Most of mine are pale when the lights are out and then suddenly become brilliant within minutes. I wonder if going pale helps them stay out of sight and is a type of defense mechanism against night predators.
