for those new to the game, i have a 75 w/gsm pair and 2 btas. 2x150 14k, 2x54actinic and 2x54(i dont remember, but not blue...), 2 koralia 3s and mag...12? return pump, coast to coast overflow. 2-3" of sand, a bunch of rock, reef octopus nw 150, more sand, more rock, two little fishies reactor w/gfo, more rock. dose ~60ml 2 part 5 days a week. whew.

Coris Wrasse are pretty cool looking fish. Most any wrasse seem to stay pretty active just some like to hide a lot.. They can also be a little mean.. I love my wrasse I got from john.. But I can't remember what he is called right now.

Well IMO a naso Tang gets to big for a 75. I had one that got about 6" or so not even full grown and he was pretty big even in my 190.

Firefish Gobys are pretty kewl fish IMO. The biggest issue with them is they love to jump out of your tank.. They are very skidish fish. I had about 5 of them in a 72 for over a year and I always liked them.. Till we lost power for several hours and they were the first fish to die.. So guess they might be sensitive to low O2 levels..

Never had a citron Goby cause I've read they like to pick on sps. I've also read they are reef friendly so who knows.

Coral Beauty, They aren't bad.. I've got one I've had for a few years.. Pretty hardy and seem to be reef safe most of the time.. Mine has never bothered anything. But IMO a Flame angel looks much better.. I have a Flame Angel in my office tank and he just seems to catch your eye more then the coral beauty.. But I will admit my Coral beauty isn't marked up the best. Their color can vary quite a lot depending on their stripes.

A naso will grow to be too big for a 75 gallon. Trust me, we had several people complain when their naso died in the 75 gallon after a few months when all of the other fish were fine. I don't know why people don't believe LFS employees when they tell you "It will get to large for your tank, and eventually die." For some reason they all think "eventually' will be years, and not weeks or months.... But now that I got that out of the way

Coris wrasses are really cool, but as 8Ball said, they can hide a lot until they get comfortable. They are also prone to jumping.

Firegobies are cool little fish. A lot of activity and easy to keep. Very pretty, too. They are also very prone to jumping... I've lost 4 myself from carpet surfing.

Citron goby, well, you don't know you have them till they get really large. Seriously, it's like impossible to find a fish sooo small, even though they are bright yellow. But, when they get full size, they like to perch on softies like leathers. They use leather corals like clowns use anemones almost. I've never heard them eating any coral, so I don't know about that. I never had an issue with it.

i have a firefish and a coral beauty. The coral beauty has never bothered my crocea or any other fleshy corals in my tank and it's in a 30 cube... the opportunity is definitely there. I'd have to go with the firefish though. they just have a lot of personality.

I have a Coral Beauty now and have had at least one other in the past and never noticed them bothering any corals. I've also had a couple of Firefish Gobys and they jumped like 8Ball said.

There's some black plastic mesh with very fine holes that you can buy. I honestly can't remember where I got it from though... I'm fairly sure it was at Home Depot. It was the same stuff people use to make tops for terrariums for geckos and frogs and such.
I used some finishing nails to secure it over the opening on the back of the canopy, but that cause another problem. The fish would try to jump out, bounce off the mesh, and land in the overflow hahaha. Not life threatening, but it sure was a pain getting them out...

Yes, I made a tank cover for my flasher wrasse before. Flasher wrasses are gorgeous fish and easy to keep. They are jumpers, though.

Here's the picture of one of my tank covers made of bird netting and egg crate.

Bird netting is an inexpensive plastic netting that Wal-Mart and Home Depot sells in their gardening section. The netting material is made of very fine but very durable plastic mono filament. I attached the netting to the egg crate using 4 lbs test fishing line. You can use a hot glue gun, too.
