Candy Cane shipping problems

none yet...updates will come on the weekends as that is when I'm home. I'll be sure to give you guys one though! :) I'm in college and my mom is taking care of the tank (home is 3 hrs away), so while she's good about telling me about things, since she sees the tank daily it's hard for her to notice a difference. However, this is "her coral" so she's doing all she can to make sure it recovers (blowing off sediments, etc) :) I'll definately have pics for you this weekend :)

UPDATE!

UPDATE!

The head that was possibly recovering is doing MUCH better! I think the head next to it might be coming back as well :)

The pink circle is the new tissue on the second head (can't see it very well)
the green circle is "guts" belonging to someone
the blue circle is the growing head of the first candycane head that's coming back. I'm so excited!!! :D

Another update!

All three heads are growing back! I did some tank maintenance today and was able to check things out up close and personal. I'm thrilled! :D

the only thing im worried about is the skeleton being over run by algae. Good luck and keep us updated please!.

I cleaned that off today...it wasn't too bad for a week's worth IMO, especially since there isn't really any "coral" growing over it. We're keeping a good eye on it :) Updates will come on the weekends because that's when I'm home, but don't worry, I'll keep updating you guys :) I think it'll be neat to see these pics when the candy cane is a 15 head colony :D

This week's update:

One of the heads now has a mouth!!! The other two are getting more tissue by the minute it seems. These pics were taken before the algae was blown off, so what is red/brown in these pics is now white skeleton. I come home on the weekends, so that's why the algae is on there. When I'm home I blow it off daily (just so you dont think I'm neglecting it). Without further ado, the pics!!!
