Candycane frag 'migrating' off frag disk...? pics

I bought a larger green candy cane frag. Now it's stretching off the frag disk. On of the polyps is really stretched out... 4 times longer than wide. Is this normal or should I be doing something about this?

Red dots outline frag disk... red square outlines migrating polyps.

All my parameters are perfect.
Ca 440
kH 10
Mg 1300
ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, phos - 0
pH 8.3-8.4

150w hqi w/ phoenix bulb

Any ideas? I was thinking that it may have not been attached well and might be slowly blowing off with current but wanted to make sure this wasn't a known prob

You can wait a lil while longer and keep the ones one the rock and just take the plug out and trade it
