Canopy struts

Well I got tired of propping up my doors so I went ahead and installed cabinet struts for the doors. They work awesome. These are 12" 40lb struts. If you are interested in picking some up check out your local RV parts supply store. I picked these up for $45 with the brackets at K&K RV near me. Here are some pics of the install

That's nice ... Was it difficult to get the proper placements for the mounting? I've seen that part is the difficult part ... along with getting the correct sized/pound rated struts.

Well installing was easy. The part of finding correct length and weight was hard part. But I found the manufacturer has a great website that let's you measure your door and estimate weight. If I did that from beginning I would not have to go through 3 different setups
