Can't access apex via network

I lost power today and it seems that every time I loose power my controller doesn't keep the time correctly. I went to adjust the time through my computer Via network and it won't let me log in. I have restarted my computer, router and the controller with no luck. So does any one know what is going on with my controller and why it can't keep the time nor allow me to log in?

What firmware are you running?
