Cant Access Apex

Had everything working fine for a couple months then accidently unplugged EB8 and now I can't access it via port fowrding, ip address, or Android app. The widget on my Droid is getting the latest info but that's it.

Any ideas on what I can do or ck to get back to being able to control my Apex while away?
 
You've got to go back to basics and check your network settings through the display module. You need to figure out what changed. Check your IP address, port, DNS on or off and Gateway. Your gateway will be the address of your router, something like 192.168.1.1. The last node will almost always be 1. for now, you can set the IP address to be anything as long as the first 3 nodes match your gateway and the last node is unique - use something like 50. Set port to 80 for now and turn DNS OFF if it isn't already. See if that works. If so, then you can start changing it so it works over the web.
 
Triple checked everything and nothing had changed. On a whim I changed the port and now my Android app works, but I still can't access it through my IP address on my home computer or through the dyndns.com host on my phone.

Any idea why the app works, but can't access it over the internet?
 
Do you know how to telnet into your controller? If so, try to telnet to that IP address that you saw in your display module network settings. That will bypass the web server entirely.
