Look at it as a long term investment. I would guess he got a pretty penny for that property. Ask him nicely for an upgrade to a 1000g to make up for your lose.

I just found out that he sold it a little over a month ago. He knew that I wanted that place. I would understand if he were broke or something but he did not even offer for me to buy it...

Wash-U is what brought me to STL but we had to leave Croatia because of the whole war thing down there in 1992. Tried going beack in 1998 but the economy was stuck at a standstill. No money moving around but you have to eat...so my parents decided to move to the USA...I was planning on going back once I finish school but that just blew up in my face!
