Cant find my new Anthis

I got a new Pink Anthis two days ago...and after my slow drip method of aclimating he got into the tank with my other fish which are 3 blue devil damsels 1 maroon clown 1 yellow tank and 1 coral beauty.
One of the blue damsels chased him a bit so he went under the live rock and I havent seen him since....are they known for hiding for long periods....and can burrow under the sand...after two days I moved two rocks that I thought would be the only place he cound be and he wasnt there....nor is there any dead body anywhere??
I cant imagine where he went...any input

I once thought a fish had died but I couldnt find the bones. I had transfered LR from one tank to another. Suddenly a few days later in the new tank, the fish appeared! He had stayed in the LR even when I took it out of the tank and moved it. He could just be hiding deep in the rocks.
