I have been very busy with the system. Please visit my snapfish album for updated pictures:
Please take a look at the bottom to see the progress on the concrete/aluminium stand.
It will be tiled with the same tile as the floor and there are two I Beams that will run the length of the tank inside the frame.

The 390 gal 72x42x30 1" thick acrylic tank is in the garage now awaiting the completion of the stand, the chiller barrel and compressor are all hooked up. The chiller can drop the 500 gallons of sump, fuge and quarantine tanks to 65 degrees in about twenty minutes from 80 deg F.
I use the probe from the Ranco controller inside the barrel to shut it down if the feeder pump fails to prevent freezup and cracking the barrel. The Ranco controller will be plugged into a X10 module controlled by my Aquacontroller III. The AC compressor has a relay on it so it is directly plugged into a 220 Volt outlet. the Ranco and ACIII simply switch the relay to turn it on/off so there's only 120volt elec running through the X10 and Ranco.
The Dual Beckett DIY skimmer is powered by a Blueline pump comparable to Iwaki 100.
The 120 gallon AGA tank is going to be the refugium and the 50 gallon AGA tank will be the quarantine/frag grow out. The over/under Rubbermaids are both 150 Gallons, the bottom one is the sump and the top is dumped and filled for water changes without interfering with the rest of the system.
I have a DIY Kalk Reactor for top off water and a DIY Calcium Reactor for additional calcium. I intend to make it an SPS tank thus the overkill on the calcium.
Lighting will be dual 400 Watt 20K HQI metal halides on an HQI PFO Blst mounted in two Lumenarc IIIs. Actinic suppliment on VHO Icecap (2 4ft actinics and two 2ft actinics on a 660 ballast). I intend to have two islands of rock directly under the halides with lots of open sand and swimming space so I feel I can get away with only two MH.
I will give more details as the projec progresses.
OFF TOPIC BUT...
If anybody is interested we went fishing last night off the south coast of Jamaica and at about three in the morning we caught a swordfish after two got away. This is the 19th Sword caught by recreational fishermen in Jamaica in recent history so we were very excited. Here's the album:
