I can't seem to please my Cynarina or button coral. It contracts its polpys in the daytime to the point of showing its exoskeleton. In the morning its polyps are extended and it is a bit more plump but not like it used to be.
I tried it on the sand --28 inches from the halides--it didn't like that
I moved it to a corner with less light--it didn't like that
I moved to a very dimly lit corner away from the flow---it raised an eyebrow but still no real excitement from it.
Any suggestions how to please this coral?
