Since the basement project is beyond my financial means at present and the big tanks have been sitting empty for over 2 1/2 years, I am going to get a smaller tank going. I hope the seals on the big tanks will be OK when I finally do add water.

I am thinking of a 58g-65g tank dedicated to stonies. If/when I get caught up, I plan on getting the tanks going, but for now, I NEED SOMETHING!!

Dave:)

I have one you can use as long as you want to.

75 gallon Tenecor with built in filtration in rear, I had it filled with live rock and worked ok. With the built in rear compartment you will have the same footprint in the main tank as a 55 but the water volume of a 75.

You can use it as long as you wish to.

WOW!!! That is beyond generous!!!!

I think I might be getting my old tank back, but if not, then I might take you up on the offer. Thanks so much, Jack!

the 37 is up at beldt's:D

Yes it is and would make a perfect acro tank!!!!

I am going to try to get a 58g from Marine Solutions this week...anyone got a truck for the tank and stand?

Dave:D

the 58 is still one of my favorite tanks but don't you feel like you are going backwards? I still have your old one but it is being used. :D

No, I would rather have a tank that I really like and can manage than an empty basement! I plan on keeping the 58g upstairs for as long as I want by the French Doors.

Will it fit in the Presidential Limo?

Of course!

With room left for Monica ...... uh ......I mean my niece.:D

I'm going to go up there in a bit to see if they will take back some Jalli heaters and a Medusa temp controller I purchased a while back. If they do, I will get the 58g and stand.

Thanks for the offer to help bring it back. I guess it depends on what happens. I am desparate to get a tank going again.

Uh last time I checked doesn't your seats fold down?

:D
Nope, they don't. Remember, instead of buying equipment for the big tanks, he bought all that stereo equipment for the truck:D
