cant update eb8 firmware

I have tried to update my eb8 firmware, but i am assuming it is not working. I have been getting a miss read of amps for quite some time now, so i called neptune today and went through the steps to reset the eb8. Now that i have done that i went back to the module page and it tells me that the eb8 i tried to reset to zero value is old. I assume this means it needs to be updated with a new firmware. Once i click on update firmware and send it nothing happens but that window pops up showing me the modules that are on the apex. I cannot delete any modules as well as not rename them. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, i think i got it. Just now i cannot update the display. When I do try to update the other display2 pops up. Not sure why this happens, but if it is not too big of a deal then i really do not mind.

i had to do it in firefox

oh i figure out what was wrong with mine. It showed 2 display module when it only had 1 so it was preventing me from updating the EB8
