Some of you might not be old enough to remember Rodney King making this statement.
I just can't understand why just about every post ends up with a bickering match, or a moderator having to step in, give warnings, and then finally end up closing the thread.
I think we all, including myself, should take a second before we type anything, and see if what we typed is just a negative comment, or a flaming comment. It takes under a minute to read what you typed, and decide if it should be posted on here.
It gets old seeing fights start, for whatever reason, and then you read the "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that, yada yada yada." While if you take a second, you might not think it's a good post. I personally don't post every time I type a reply. I sit back and read it over a couple times, and more often than not, I just don't post it.
I am not trying to say I am perfect, or I never do this same thing. But I at least give that effort when posting.
We should start using this website and forum for it's original purpose, to help each other, and to learn how to be successful in keeping marine life.
