I just introduced a new RBTA to the tank and my captive raised marroon clown who had absolutely nothing to do with any of the anemones before is doing everything he can to get into it. the poor anemone still stressed from the trip is closed up pretty tight with only a couple of tentacles sticking out. How odd is that......has anyone else had any sucess with getting captive raised clowns into anemones? I will try to get some pictures and post them when i can. It's funny how little things like that can cause such excitement =). anyways, happy reefing.

Oh sure absolutely! My captive maroon could hardly stand not being able to dive right in, she had lil sting marks and irritations all over her belly and chin.

She found the darn thing about 60 seconds after it was in the tank. Se even spied thru the bag i was acclimating in lol

LOL....mine has been without an anemone for at least 6 months and I had condys, carpet, and RBTA when I introduced it. It would sleep up in the corner of the tank by the sump return pipes. I just thought it was weird that i introduce this new one and it isn't even waiting for it to open up to try to get in. =) Guess it was just waiting for the right one =P I'm glad it finally found it.
