Coffee Grounds do work. I have not heard the apple part of it though.

I would have the dealer detail the complete inside of the car and include it in the total bill.

Ozium from Advanced Auto Parts possibly Autozone also. Do NOT spray it while you are going to be in there though, it is strooooong. A small spray, and walk away. It'll take the stank out with a quickness.

If you have access to an ozone generator, you can place it in the car, let it run full blast with the windows shut for a couple hours.

Well I'm with you Roy. I've never had one stolen. However I've never had one that I wanted to have so I guess no one else wanted it either. Most of the time if the windows don't work, or the doors don't lock, or their's a screw driver jammed into what use to be the igntion or their's 15 diffrent toggle switches that read to start 1 thru 15 no one tends to want to try and atempt to steall it. I think the thought of taking 20 minutes or so to get it to start is too much hassle for a theif?? Who knew?? Hell most of the time I just leave the keys it my ride with the windows half down and the doors unlocked. It's my way of saying please don't break the glass and could you bring it back?!

You could always hook up a skimmer in your car and skim out the smell.....

I have also used a bag of GAC under the seat to remove odors. I put a small (a cupful or so) in a little filter bags and threw it under the front seats. It will get rid of the smoke smell but I never had the BO(stuck in the car) so I don't know about that smell.
