i got a school of 5 carberryi anthias about a month ago.i have lost 2 of them to jumping :( and today i thought i lost a 3rd.i searched high and low looking for the largest one and couldnt find him(i think male).i looked at all of my tunzes and no fish,i kind of thought maybe my cat got it and ate it(if it jumped out).then i look in the back of the tank and see the large one hiding in the rocks.i fed the fish 2 times today and he never came out to eat.these fish were all very good eaters and came out at the sign of the green feeding cup i use.sooooo anybody have a clue why the largest one is hiding and not eating all of the sudden?
other fish in the tank are.....
2" sixline wrasse
2.5" mimic tang
1.5" bellus angel
2.5" linear blenny
1" skunk clown

Well hopefully you have a larger tank then the 60gal listed, Carberries might be small they require a larger tank since they live in groups. I think you might have 2 problems one is since the tank is smaller there will be more competition and aggression between the anthias leading them to kill one another off till they become "comfortable". Also you have a Sixline which are anti-fish torpedoes and will kill off any fish that have a similar body shape, plus the 60gal tank seems overly crowded in my opinion.

the 60g in question is 32x32x16 so it has alot of surface area, not like the standard 60g 36x18 footprint.that being said the sixline has no aggression towards any other tank mates so i dont think he is the problem.the largest fish is the one hiding and he/she seemed to be the leader of the group.it just seems wierd that the fish is hiding and wont eat now.IMO the tank isnt overcrowded as all the fish are small and most dont compete for food.i also like the higher fish load because i have a BB tank and the fish poo helps feed my SPS corals.
