Carbon and Phosban?

I am about to buy 2 phosban reactors and a MJ600 pump with it. I have several questions. Will one pump be ok running both reactors?

I am guessing 1st one should be carbon than phosban.. Anyone setup two reactors running one pump?

What carbon and what phosphate removal you recommend? Thanks

That pump should handle two reactors just fine, as you don't want a huge amount of flow thru them. The way to set it up would be a line from the pump, then split it an have a line going to each reactor. A ball valve on each of those lines will let you control the flow to each reactor's needs.

As for phosphate removal and carbon, I use a LFS's bulk stuff, seems to get the job done and somewhat cheaper than brand name stuff.

I'm thinking you might need a more powerful pump to run both reactors at once. Amount of media used I each and the head height are both variables. If you have an under cabinet sump and a return pump with some reserve power, you can build a manifold off the return to run both reactors as well.
