Carbon Fiber Tripod = new pictures

I was so busy with my work that I even missed the BAR meeting today. Also a fine weather for photography. Well, there will always be next time.

BTW koden, Jimsar is an exceptional photographer also. Maybe we can shoot altogether and have a great time. Summer is coming and vacation is not far from my reach.

I'm envious. My Manfrotto pro tripod weighs a ton. You'll notice it during long hikes. But then I'm at least twice your age.

next sunday's weather looks like AM clouds, PM sun. might be very good for a shoot. April 16th. Are you guys free? We could go visit the conservatory of flowers? Or if you guys have any other ideas that would be cool too.

Hey, you guys could do a mini tank tour and photo shoot! Then the 3 of you could do a presentation for us at club meeting

You could show the pics that you took and explain what was important in how you set up your shots. They would look awesome on that projection display

We could have a tank set up for you to do live shooting demos. But wait, there's more! You guys have the high end kick @ss setups. Lots of us have whatever digicam we happened to find at Best Buy. You could help people shoot pics of the demo tank with their cameras. Everybody can bring their own cameras and practice applying the techniques you showed us.

Hmmm.... all the goodies stocked in the demo tank can be raffled off at the end of the presentation and pic taking practice

Ok, and all the cool pics you guys took on the tank tour go into a BAR 2007 calendar, t-shirts, coffee mugs, and other cool stuff. Good fund raising items for BAR

sounds like a great idea. things that would help the shoots would be things like clam tanks (such as the one in the presentation last saturday).

I've learned a bit from shooting my tank these days, and I shot jussmeac's systems too. Surely we can all learn from each other.
