It looks like a pajama cardinal and a small one at that i.e juvenile coloring.

juvenile pjs have brighter colors than adults so it is not a juvenile pj

They appear somewhat often at the LFSes here, they do get bigger than PJs though... I saw one that was quite the big monster lol.
