Cardinals hosting anemone

We have 2 Cardinals that hang out with our Clowns and our anemone. The Cardinals never leave the anemone's side for too long & fend off anyone trying to get too close. When they go to bed they'll hover closely over it. They have tried to follow the Clowns into the anemone but I think they are getting stung;)

Does anyone else have a pair of Cardinals that act this way?

There are several species of cardinals that host in anemones. Here in the atlantic there are no clowns, but there are at least 2, the bridle and the sawcheek cardinals, that live in condylactus anemones. I once had a tank with them and it was interesting to watch the interaction. They do not have as much contact with the tenticles as a clown does, but still it is a fascinating thing to watch.
