Be very careful when using gift cards on Aqua Cave's website. First when you purchase a gift card from them, they do not send it the next day. Second, when you use cards and their system fails, they can lock you funds up for over a week. I still don't have it fully resolved and they show charging to my card by the card company, yet never completed the order. I have never had this problem with other mail order vendors. I did call them and they point the finger to the card company. The card company points the finger at them. A disappointed customer.

I reviewed your account and it looks like there was no problem with gift card.
There was an issue with declining credit card at the time when you called in to place your order combining gift card and two credit cards.
This has been resolved and your order shipped out earlier today.
