carpet anemone not looking so good

I purchased a carpet anemone about a month ago for my 100 gal reef tank. It has been doing great until last night when I got home from work I noticed its tentacles were drawn in( shriveled looking) and has 2 spots of discoloration... I don't have any way to post pics...I tested the water and all parameters are great. Any information would be great I don't want to lose it.

What type of carpet is it? Haddoni, gigantea? Posting your parameters helps too, even if you think they are within range. Some anemones like certain parameters that are slightly different than what many would consider within range.

Also, keep in mind that 90% of the gigantea that come into the LFS die in the first month, usually because of an internal illness. There isn't a cure that works consistently.
