carpet anemone

i have had a carpet anemone for about 7 yrs, I have ocellaris that call him home,and the rest of the fish no to stay away, but any new fish seem to become fish food for him, What do u all think should i get reed of him( i have a 265)

Do you have moon lights? They may help the others from coming across the nem in the dark.

Another trick that seems to help with introducing new fish is to startle the carpet, causing it to withdraw below the sand, before placing the new fish in the tank. This will give the new fish a few hours to learn its new surroundings before the carpet comes back out. I have introduced new fish only to watch them dive right into the carpet and become an expensive meal.
