carpet nems in the tub not the tank

I just picked up some live rock with some riccordia, carpet nems and zoas.

I got home too late to put it in the aquarium. I've got it all in a large tub and will complete the install in the morning.

The only free pump I have is way too strong and will just blast everything.

So here's my question.... will the anemones and zoas be ok without water circulation until morning?
Any help will be appreciated.

When you get up in the middle of the night to pee stir it up. If not set an alarm. Seriously you had enough time to post this, a little confused as to why take the gamble.

Good question. The rocks are covered in hair algae and I'd rather not introduce that into the tank. Plus I already have too much live rock and plan to separate the nems and zoa etc from the rock before placing in the tank .

I will continue to stir as the night goes on.
Thanks
