trying to catch a clarkii thats super aggressive towards my helfrichi. i know his sleeping spot, do i have to stun him with lights then scoop him? how is this exactly done? are there any other ways methods?

Just scoop her up at night, at least an hour or two after lights out. Moonlights should be enough to see by. I like to use a big plastic bag for nighttime swoops and general catching.

But if she is that aggressive, just wiggle your fingers in front of a bag and when she rushes over to bite them, push her in the bag. :D

leave a net in the tank for a few days, when you feed the tank, squirt food into the net.

Let the tank inhabitants get accustomed to the net.

then one day as you feed, the aggressive clown will dart into the net to eat, then slowly pull the net out.

I've found this method to be the least stressful, on both you and the fish. Goodluck!

i caught him already :)
tried the lights out technique, didn't work (was sleeping too deep inside)
then i just fed him flakes, and scooped him out in one go boom!
the net is 2x3 inches by the way, so i did well :D
RON, this is your clarkii by the way!
