Catching a clownfish

I have been having problems with my tomato clownfish since he have been digging up my live sands all day long everyday and he will not just stop so I just want to trade him in at the LFS for different clownfish. Before I go and catch him, is there any recommended method to catch a fish without the use of net or fishing hooks ?

its alot easier when they are 'sleeping'

inded it was much more easier when they were asleep cuz I was trying to catch him few days ago while the lighting was on..jeez...big time runner! lol but now he's caught and traded him in for a pair of ocellaris
