caught hitchiker crab...should i keep? (photos and video included)

hi all, i just caught this hitchiker crab using the glass and shrimp trap

should i keep him or do i need to find him a new home?

if possible why dont you just dump him in the sump?

Sump is part of the aquarium. The back part... Do u think he will find his way back into aquarium?

I wouldn't trust that thing. No claws. never seen a crab like that.

He has claws, they are just tucked in really close to the head. Almost looks like a Trapezius but it's really tough to tell.

I would definitely keep an eye on him. Ive had a hitchhiker crab in my tank for years. He mightve killed some snails but hasnt caused any major issues and he's fun to watch.
