Cayman Brac: All inclusive Dive Package?

We are looking to go to Cayman Brac for a week in November, and were wondering if any have been there, and where they stayed, dove, etc.

While prefer the all inclusive type vacation, we are game for any good recommendations... please note that my wife will be diving only some dives, and will want to sit on the beach for some of the time I am out diving...

Any beach diving on Cayman Brac?

Any thoughts would be appreciated...
